Air NZ Full Potential
At Air New Zealand, the people are at the heart of everything they do. With this in mind, Air New Zealand wanted to redefine how it’s organisation was structured and improve better ways of working for its staff and customers. A move to Agile, or ‘Full Potential’ ways of working would help fulfil this.
A new identity was born from the whakataukī: He aha te mea nui o te Ao? He tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata. Our people link our past, present and future.
This new vision kicked off with a live event held at Eden Park and live streamed to all Air New Zealand staff.
